The older live oaks in Meadow Woods throw enough shade to change the rules, and grass grows differently under Spanish moss than it does out in open sun. Lawn Landscapes and more works with that, mowing to suit each yard's light and keeping the bed lines carved and the mulch pulled back where it belongs. Shrubs get shaped so they hold a form instead of swallowing a front window. Clippings and leaf litter come off the walks before the truck pulls away. A shaded front yard, cut and edged and cleared, is one of the better things to look at on a Central Florida afternoon.
