Ruggieri Lawn Care

About Ruggieri Lawn Care

Masaryktown was laid out in the 1920s by Czech settlers who came south and named the place for Tomas Masaryk, and it has kept that deliberate small-town shape ever since, a stretch of US 41 with pines and pasture leaning in from both sides. Ruggieri Lawn Care mows the yards along those roads, where the sandhill soil drains fast and a lawn is often part grass, part sand road, part shade thrown by old oaks. Work starts in the cool of the morning, when the fog is still lying in the low ground and sandhill cranes cross the highway with all the time in the world. Mowing, edging, trimming, hedge work, and clearing the litter that pines shed year-round in Hernando County. It is a quiet place and the work suits it: come, cut it clean, leave it better than the wind found it.
