About Whites Landscaping & Development, LLC

A new house south of Marianna starts as bare clay and sand with tire ruts across it, and for a while it looks like it might stay that way. Whites Landscaping & Development, LLC is what happens in between — grading and site prep to move the water away from the slab, beds cut and planted, sod laid square by square until the seams knit shut, then mowing to carry it forward. Spring is when the change moves fastest here; ground that was raw in March can be a lawn by the time the crepe myrtles color up. There is something worth standing around for in that first watering, the green running right up to a fresh bed line. A finished yard is what turns a build into an address.
