About Oceanica Services Inc

October brings the high fall tides to Coco Plum Beach, water pushing up the canals until it stands in the low corners of the yards along them. Oceanica Services Inc mows Marathon through that season and after it, when the grass comes back and the seagrape drops its leaves in heaps. Cutting, edging, trimming, hedge and shrub work, weeding, seasonal cleanups, and debris carried to the curb and gone. Salt water and sea wind write themselves into every property out here, and keeping pace with them is most of the job. The finish is simple — clean lines, an open walk, a yard that looks as though the sea has not won.
