Kevin’s Landscape and Maintenance

About Kevin’s Landscape and Maintenance

By July the afternoons in Maitland come with thunderheads stacking up west of town, and the work gets done in the window before them. Kevin's Landscape and Maintenance moves through that window with mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup, leaving lawns tidy while the sky makes up its mind. Under the old oaks along Horatio Avenue the moss hangs perfectly still, and then the rain arrives fast and leaves the grass growing faster. Every storm week is an argument for a set schedule and a sharp blade — the distance between a lawn and an overgrowth is usually about seven days. Serving Maitland and neighboring Eatonville, Winter Park and Fern Park, the reward is a green that stays crisp at its edges no matter what August does.
