About Green Gate Property Services LLC

Out toward Deer Point Lake the driveways lengthen, the mailboxes spread apart, and a property becomes something you walk rather than glance at. Green Gate Property Services LLC works those places and the tighter town lots alike, taking the whole parcel in a round: the open turf mown, the shoulders trimmed back, the gate approach cleared so nothing brushes the truck door. Autumn is the honest season for it here, when the pines drop straw across everything and a yard needs raking out from under the shrubs before it looks like a yard again. The work is not complicated, only thorough — done the same way each visit so the place never falls behind itself. When the gate swings shut at the end, the lawn behind it is squared away.
