About 813LANDSCAPE

Dale Mabry runs north out of Tampa and keeps going until the blocks loosen up into oaks and lakes, and that is about where Lutz begins. 813LANDSCAPE takes the lawns along that stretch — mowing, edging, string trimming and clearing the drives, one week after another. St. Augustine grass moves fast enough here to demand a real schedule, and a schedule kept is what makes a street look composed. Summer mornings you start early, before the humidity gets both arms around the day. The result is plain and satisfying: a lawn level, a walk edged, nothing left behind on the concrete.
