About GroundUp Property Services, Inc.

Longwood sits on old sand — pine-flatwoods ground that drains fast and gives back what it is given, no more. GroundUp Property Services, Inc. starts there, and starts early: trailer loaded before five on an August morning, the first cut going down while the sky is still that dark blue and the heat hasn't stacked up yet. High summer means growth measured in days, so the round is mow, edge, trim, blow, and on to the next before the storms build over the interstate. Nothing decorative in any of it; the yard simply looks right when the truck pulls out. Longwood first, then Altamonte Springs, Casselberry and Winter Springs.
