Brian's Backyard Service

About Brian's Backyard Service

Longwood's best rooms are out back — behind the fence, under the oaks, where the yard tilts toward the creek and the light comes through green. Brian's Backyard Service works those spaces: mowing that follows the grade, edges cut clean along the walk, clippings lifted off the drive before the truck pulls away. In late March, when St. Augustine wakes all at once and puts on an inch between visits, a regular cut is the only thing keeping the yard from getting ahead of anybody. It is lawn care measured in a small pleasure — stepping out barefoot on a Saturday and finding the grass short, even and cool. That's the result worth chasing, in Longwood and out toward Lake Mary.
