About Florida Property Maintenance

January in Lockhart is the dry, bright month — cool air off the sandhills, low sun, grass gone quiet and tawny along the Silver Star Road side of town. Florida Property Maintenance keeps working through it, because a dormant lawn still needs its lines held. That means mowing at a reduced cadence, edging that stays sharp, trimming and blowing, and clearing the leaves and windblown debris the dry season delivers. Properties tended in winter come out of it ahead when the rains return in June. A tidy front yard in the middle of a cold snap looks like a promise kept.
