About JR’s Lawns & Garden LLC

By late November Lely Resort fills back up, with cars carrying northern plates, evenings cool enough for a jacket, and bougainvillea throwing color over the wall by the gate. JR's Lawns & Garden LLC gets the yards ready for that season: mowing and edging on schedule, hedges brought back to their line, beds weeded and mulched, palms tidied. St. Augustine turf slows in the dry months and wants a taller cut and fewer of them, which happens to be when the neighborhood is fullest and most looked at. Trimming around pavers and screen cages is fussy work, and that is precisely where the finish lives. When April empties the streets again, the lawns carry their shape into the rains.
