Lawns and Palms, Inc.

About Lawns and Palms, Inc.

Along McKay Creek the sabal palms lean the way the wind has asked them to, and a freshly trimmed crown against a blue Pinellas sky is one of the plainest good things in Largo. Lawns and Palms, Inc. does both halves of its name: lawn mowing, edging, trimming and blow-downs on the ground, and palm trimming above it — spent fronds, seed pods and boots cleared so the tree carries a clean head. Wet-season growth loads a palm quickly, and fronds that hang on all summer tend to come down on their own terms in a storm. A yard reads finished when the turf is cut and the canopy over it is tidy too. Largo, Seminole, Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater.
