About Parker’s Lawn and AC LLC

August in Clay County has a shape to it: bright and bearable at seven, heavy by ten, and by two the only sensible place is under a magnolia with the leaves clicking overhead. Parker's Lawn and AC LLC works that clock, starting early so the mowing, edging and trimming are finished while the yard is still willing. Cut in the cool of the morning and St. Augustine takes it far better than it does at the height of the afternoon. The route covers Lakeside, Orange Park, Fleming Island and Argyle Forest. Getting a whole street done before the heat lands is its own reward, twice over.
