About JNL Property Solutions

Before the plazas along South Florida Avenue unlock their doors, the parking islands need to be handled, and the window for doing it is short. JNL Property Solutions moves in that early slot, mowing the strips and open turf, trimming the light poles and sign bases, edging the curb line so the lot looks squared away by opening. Beds get freshened, shrubs kept below the storefront glass, litter and palm debris picked up rather than mowed over. Storefronts and homes both get the same rotation, because a place that looks cared for keeps its own kind of order. By the time the first cars pull in, the crew is a block down the road.
