About Faulk Land Services, LLC

Bahia grass on open acreage is a different animal from a front lawn, coming on tall after a wet week and asking for a machine that can take it. Faulk Land Services, LLC works those wider properties around Lakeland, mowing, trimming and cutting back the edges where pasture meets driveway and fence. Out toward Polk City the horizon sits low and the sky does most of the scenery, so a cleanly mown field reads from a quarter mile away. There is an old plain pride in bringing rough ground back to something orderly. The tracks left in the grass afterward tell the whole story.
