Lightsey’s Lawncare

About Lightsey’s Lawncare

South of Lake Wales the scrub holds on — rosemary and wiregrass and sand pine growing out of white sand, a stubborn old landscape that asks nothing of anybody. Lightsey's Lawncare works the tended side of that fence: weekly and biweekly mowing, edging, trimming, hedge and shrub cutting, bed weeding and mulching, and clearing brush and yard debris away. Sand-country lawns reward the right cutting height and honest, unhurried passes far more than they reward any shortcut. When the rain comes in earnest the route runs hard; when it eases the work turns toward shaping and cleanup. Leave a yard where the lines are clear and the ground reads open, and that is a good day finished.
