About K&S Lawn Services
Half the houses on some Lake Placid streets go quiet in June and light up again in October, and the grass does not care either way. K&S Lawn Services keeps those lawns cut through the empty months — mowing, trimming, edging, clearing the walks — so a returning owner pulls into a drive that looks lived in. Dry-season cutting is a different job than summer's: slower growth, cooler mornings, more attention to the edges than to the height. Handing back a property in the same shape it was left is the point of the arrangement. They keep at it week after week regardless of who is home.
