About Ferrin Tree and Land Services LLC

When a squall line crosses Seminole County in August it leaves its signature in the yards — pine limbs down, palm fronds thrown across the drive, an oak branch resting on the fence it just took out. Ferrin Tree and Land Services works that morning-after list: limbs cut and cleared, debris stacked and hauled, the lawn mown back into shape once the ground firms up enough to hold a machine. The calmer stretch of the year is for looking up instead — deadwood out of the oaks, palms cleaned, canopies thinned so the next big wind has less to grab. Lots get cleared and brush knocked back where the pines and palmetto try to reclaim a fence line. It is tree work and ground work together, from Lake Mary out across the towns nearby.
