The name is more or less what a neighbor calls over the fence when a yard turns out right. Hey Nice Lawn Landscape & Design LLC does the mowing and edging that carry a Kathleen property week to week, and also the planning part — where the beds should sit, what the front of the house wants along its foundation, how a yard should read when you pull in. Under those big Polk County live oaks the shade moves through the day and the design has to account for it. Trimming the hedges back into shape and re-cutting a bed edge can change a house more than paint does. Good work here is quiet: the lawn simply looks composed, and nobody can say exactly why.
