About Trutco

January is the honest month in Jacksonville. The St. Augustine grass goes tan and slow, the breeze coming off Atlantic Beach carries a genuine edge, and a yard shows you plainly what it is. Trutco keeps at it through that stretch the same way it does the green months — cutting when there is growth, edging, taking the hedges back, clearing leaves and fallen limbs, keeping the beds in order while the season holds its breath. Then March arrives off the ocean and everything returns at once, magnolia to crape myrtle to lawn. The yards that were kept through the quiet weeks are the ones that come back even.
