Southern Green USA

About Southern Green USA

This is magnolia and longleaf country, where the turf is a southern turf and the rules that work up north simply do not apply. Southern Green USA tends that ground out along the Westside and toward Orange Park with mowing, edging, trimming, fertilization, weed control and sod repair where shade or foot traffic has thinned a patch out. St. Augustine wants height left on it; bahia wants patience and a sharp blade. The growing season down here is long and generous and will run straight over anybody who takes a month off from it. Steady visits and the right cut keep a lawn holding that deep southern color well past the point most people expect it to quit.
