About Idyll Landscaping LLC

Ortega on a still afternoon is about as quiet as a city gets — masts out on the water off the point, oaks holding the heat off the lawns, nothing moving but a mockingbird. Idyll Landscaping LLC works those streets, mowing and edging, shaping shrubs, mulching beds and clearing whatever the last gust dropped on the grass. Turf under a heavy oak canopy grows thin, so it takes a higher cut and a lighter hand. In the cool months the leaves come down in waves and the raking simply doesn't stop. The aim is a yard you can look out at without thinking about it — settled, even, done.
