About GPE Groundskeeping, Inc

Groundskeeping is a different animal from a front yard: acres of turf, long stretches of walk edge, sign beds and parking islands that all have to line up. GPE Groundskeeping, Inc works at that scale around Jacksonville — mowing wide, edging every hard surface, trimming around each obstacle and clearing the lot before the truck leaves. Along the Southbank the river wind pushes leaves and litter across the grass, so the sweep counts as much as the cut. In the hot months the mowing frequency climbs; in the cool ones it drops and pruning and cleanups take over the day. Large properties look calm when they're kept, and keeping them is the entire craft.
