Out where the Intracoastal cuts behind Girvin Road, the marsh comes right up to the back of the yards and the spartina turns gold in late fall. A1 Atlantic Lawn Services mows and edges those properties, keeping turf trimmed close along fence lines and around the sabal palms that lean out of the sand. High tide floats the water up under the docks and the air stays heavy; grass in that soil grows fast and forgives nothing skipped. Each visit finishes with the cuttings gathered, the bed edges trimmed back off the lawn, and the concrete cleared. An egret usually lands in the fresh cut before the truck is even loaded.
