About 4 Facilities & Affiliates LLC

Monday on the Southside starts with wide turf — the long medians off Baymeadows, the grass aprons around office parks, the green shoulders that hold a property together before anyone has even parked. 4 Facilities & Affiliates LLC keeps that kind of ground on a schedule: cut wide, trimmed around every sign base and light pole, swept clear before the first door opens. A Jacksonville July pushes grass hard and a week is a long time, so the route comes back around and the growth never gets ahead of it. In the flat gold of a January afternoon the work shifts toward cleanups, hedge lines and beds raked out. Grounds care is repetition, and repetition is exactly what makes a place look tended.
