About Serenoa Landscape Design

Serenoa is the saw palmetto — the low, fanned, salt-stubborn plant that held these dunes long before there were streets to name. Serenoa Landscape Design takes its cue from that: plantings suited to sand and wind, beds that look like they belong on a barrier island rather than fighting it. The work runs from laying out a bed to keeping it — shaping shrubs, refreshing mulch, weeding, and mowing the turf that frames the whole thing. Palms have their spent fronds cleared, borders get recut where sand has crept, and the lines stay legible right through the growing months. A yard done this way asks less of the hose and looks more like where it stands.
