About Southern Tree Service, LLC

Inverness keeps its courthouse square under live oaks, and the trail out of town runs past Cooter Pond into the cypress. Southern Tree Service, LLC works the streets around Lake Henderson and out into the Tsala Apopka islands, pruning oaks for clearance and thinning crowns that have gone heavy on one side. A hollow tree over a driveway is a common call, and the removal is done in short pieces, roped down, with the pavement swept afterward. In the sand hills toward Fort Cooper the pines grow fast and shallow, so trimming there is as much about weight as it is about shape. When a summer storm walks up the county, they cut through the fallen limbs until the neighborhoods can move again.
