About Well-Kept Lands LLC

Horizon West was drawn around its lakes, and the grass here barely pauses to rest — Hancock and Speer lying flat as glass at first light, sprinklers ticking, mowers rolling out before the heat climbs. Well-Kept Lands LLC handles mowing, edging, string trimming and blow-downs across the villages, from the roundabouts at Hamlin to the quieter cul-de-sacs of Independence and Summerport. St. Augustine runs hard in this sandy Orange County ground, especially in the weeks when thunderheads stack up over the Butler Chain by mid-afternoon and leave an inch of water behind by dinner. The satisfaction is in the finish: a straight line cut along the driveway, the walk blown bare, stripes laid even across a front yard while the light goes gold behind the pines. Dry January mornings ask for something gentler — a light pass, a tidy edge, clippings and leaves gathered off the beds — and the same attention goes into that.
