About Pecina Property Care and Landscaping

Out toward the Redland the parcels get generous — an acre or two, a gravel drive, a mango tree older than the house, a fence line that takes a few minutes to walk end to end. Pecina Property Care and Landscaping treats a place like that as one whole thing rather than a patch of front lawn. The mowing runs wide and even across the open ground, the edges get cut where turf crowds the drive and the walkway, the trimmer goes around every tree ring, gate post and utility box, and the cuttings come off the concrete before anyone leaves. Late in the dry season the grass slows and the light turns gold across the groves, and a kept property out here can be seen from the road long before you reach the mailbox. That view is the point of the visit.
