About Belmontscape Landscape Services

Dig a foot down almost anywhere in South Dade and you hit oolite — the pale rock that gave Homestead its coral-rock walls and its thin, particular soil. Grass takes hold over it once someone tends it, and tending is the work at Belmontscape Landscape Services: mowing, edging, string trimming, hedge and shrub shaping, and mulch worked back into the beds. Cleanups clear the fronds and leaf litter that pile along fences after a windy afternoon. The aim is a yard that reads as one piece, turf and border and bed all holding the same line. Homestead, Redland, Silver Palm and Goulds fall inside the working area.
