About East Coast Facilities, Inc

Before the traffic thickens on Pembroke Road, the lots are empty and the grass is still holding dew — which is when East Coast Facilities, Inc gets its best work done. Grounds care at that scale means mowing wide medians and buffer strips, edging along what feels like a mile of curb, trimming the hedges that screen a lot from the street, and blowing every walkway clean before the first cars turn in. Hollywood's growing season never pauses, so neither does the schedule; a property left alone two weeks looks abandoned in this climate. There is real pride in arriving at daylight to a site nobody watched being cut. Tenants simply find it tidy and never think to wonder why.
