About Great American Landscaping

Fall in Gadsden County is pine straw on the roof, pecan leaves in the driveway, and red clay showing through wherever the grass thinned out over summer. Great American Landscaping goes at that season with rakes, blowers and a trailer — beds cleared, drive swept, straw and leaves carried off, and one last low cut before the cool months. Watching a Havana yard come out from under all that litter is a fine way to spend a morning, the borders sharp again and the turf finally breathing. The rest of the year it is steady mowing, string trimming and shrub work, the kind of upkeep that never lets a place slide.
