About True Edge Land Co.

Late August in Hampton holds the heat like a closed hand: cicadas buzz in the slash pines, the air shimmers over the blacktop, and somewhere beyond the trees a train horn draws out a long, low note. True Edge Land Co. works through that heavy summer, keeping lawns and lots trimmed back so the woods do not creep in from every side. In north Florida the growth never slackens in the warm months; bahia seed heads shoot up, vines climb the fence posts, and a property left for two weeks starts to blur at its boundaries. Defining those boundaries again is the heart of the job: a straight line where turf meets drive, a clean margin where the yard meets the trees. When the evening thunder rumbles off and the light turns orange, the land looks drawn with a ruler.
