About Reed's Tree Service & GC LLC

Gulf Breeze is a narrow ribbon between Pensacola Bay and the Sound, and the oaks in the Naval Live Oaks stand grew low and wide because the salt wind taught them to. Reed's Tree Service & GC LLC works among their neighbors in town — water oaks that shot up fast, laurel oaks that hollow quietly, pines that catch the gulf wind broadside. Pruning here means taking weight off the long seaward limbs and thinning a crown enough that a squall passes through it. Removals are planned around seawalls, sheds and the neighbor's roof line, and lowered rather than dropped. When a storm crosses the bay, the sawing starts at the street and works back through the yards until the neighborhood looks like itself again.
