About Down to Earth Lawn Services LLC

Dig anywhere on this peninsula and you hit sand within a shovel's depth — pale, quick-draining, unforgiving to anything with shallow roots. Down to Earth Lawn Services LLC starts from that fact. Mow height set so the turf can shade its own ground, edges cut clean, beds weeded and mulched to hold whatever moisture the sand will keep. Out at Deadman's Island the tide takes a little more of the shoreline each year, a reminder that ground is a thing you tend rather than a thing you own. The result is a yard that looks even and green from the curb and is actually built to stay that way.
