Grandscapes North

About Grandscapes North

West of town the lots open up — an acre, then five, fence lines running off toward pine and palmetto, the house set well back from the road. Grandscapes North takes on that kind of ground around Green Cove Springs, where a lawn is measured in passes and the mowing has an honest horizon in front of it. Cutting and edging close to the house, trimming fence lines and gate posts, keeping bed lines legible, clearing limbs after the wind comes through. Bahia holds the open acreage and something finer holds the ground by the porch, and each gets its own plan. Late afternoon light coming across a field just cut is worth standing still for a minute.
