About Pete's Lawn Service LLC

In the Duckpond the brick streets hold the day's heat and the old oaks lay shade across the yards in long bars. Pete's Lawn Service LLC works those in-town blocks and the newer streets out toward Idylwild, cutting on a schedule so the St. Augustine never gets ahead of itself. Walks come back to a defined line, and the trimmer goes around every fence post, mailbox and knuckled oak root the deck can't reach. Summer here means the grass grows all week and it rains half of it, so the answer is showing up anyway — between storms, in the cooling part of the afternoon. Hedges get cut back before they lean over the porch, and the last thing to happen is always the blower, run until the sidewalk is bare.
