About Gator Green Lawn Care LLC

Bivens Arm lies flat at the south edge of Gainesville, its surface so packed with lettuce and lily that from the bank the water reads as one more lawn. Gator Green Lawn Care LLC works the streets above it through the long green months — mowing, edging, string trimming the awkward corners and clearing the cuttings so nothing washes into the storm drains. Late summer is the peak of it, when a week of afternoon rain can add half a foot to a lot. Bringing that back down to an even, deliberate cut, with the drive blown clean, is the satisfaction the day is built around. The route covers Gainesville and swings out toward Micanopy, Archer and Evinston.
