About Allegiance Landscaping

South of town the land simply opens — Paynes Prairie, a basin of grass and sky wide enough that you can watch weather arrive a full hour before it gets to you. Allegiance Landscaping works the neighborhoods along that rim, mowing and edging, shaping beds, laying mulch and hauling off what the wind and the season leave behind. Yards on the prairie's edge take sun from every direction, so the cut has to be even and the borders have to hold their shape. Standing back at the end of a lot, with the grass laid in one direction and the bed lines curved the way they were meant to curve, is the point of the whole day. The work reaches through Gainesville and south toward Micanopy and Evinston.
