About Riv Landscaping

Water sets the terms in this corner of Florida. The lakes chain away north toward Clermont, the Green Swamp holds its headwaters just to the west, and nearly every subdivision here keeps a retention pond with its own herons standing watch. Riv Landscaping works the lawns in between — mowing, edging, trimming shrubs, keeping the beds clear and carrying off the clippings so none of it washes down into that water. Rain comes fast and heavy all summer, then vanishes for months at a stretch, and a yard has to be kept for both halves of that. A lawn that still holds its color and its lines through a dry January is worth exactly the effort it takes.
