About Galapagos Lawncare & Services

When the groves here gave way to rooftops, a few live oaks were left standing, and at noon they throw the only honest shade in Four Corners. Galapagos Lawncare & Services works in and out of that shade all summer — mowing the sunny half of a yard, taking a careful pass at the thin grass under the canopy, squaring the hedges, weeding the beds and clearing acorns and moss off the drive. A shade lawn and a sun lawn are two different jobs on one property, and it shows when they are treated that way. The reward is a yard that looks even from the street even though the light across it never is. Around here that means the newer streets off US 192 as much as the older ones toward Davenport.
