About Tropiscape Landscape Services LLC

Late in the afternoon the royal palms along McGregor Boulevard lay their shadows across the road in long bars, and for half an hour everything green turns gold. Tropiscape Landscape Services LLC works that stretch of Fort Myers and the river roads west of it, mowing, edging, trimming around palm rings and hedge lines, and clearing fronds and clippings when the cutting is done. Salt rides in off the Gulf here and the turf reads it, so a yard near the water gets handled a little differently than one further inland. What stays with you is the shape of a place at dusk: hedges level, beds swept, the grass one unbroken sheet from porch to sidewalk. It is a small thing to give a street, and it shows from the car window.
