About Greystone Site Services

Before dawn on Colonial Boulevard the plazas sit empty, the lot lights still burning, the parking islands holding whatever last week's wind left them. Greystone Site Services takes a property while it is that quiet: mowing the open turf, edging the curb lines until the concrete shows its shoulder again, trimming around signs, poles and bollards, then clearing every walkway and drive lane. Bed lines are held, hedges kept back off the sidewalk, palm litter and storm debris loaded and hauled. By the time the first cars turn in, the grounds read as though the day started tidy on its own. Commercial and residential sites across Fort Myers get the same before-hours pass.
