About Steven Lawn Care

Midday in Edgewood the heat stands up off the asphalt and the only real shade for a block is one wide black olive tree. Steven Lawn Care works straight through it, because South Florida grass does not slow down for August and neither can the route. Mowing, edging the walk and apron, trimming the fence line and the utility poles, hedges brought back to an even line, then everything blown off the concrete. Cutting at the right height matters most in the hot months — it keeps the color from scorching and the roots shaded. Late in the day, when the sun finally leans and the street cools, the lawns along it look green, level and finished.
