About C Perez Landscaping Service Corp.

September in Melrose Park is the long tail of the wet season: swollen turf, weeds in every seam, and a royal poinciana done blooming and dropping its long seed pods across the drive. C Perez Landscaping Service works that overgrowth back down — mowing, edging, trimming hedges and shrubs, clearing beds, hauling off whatever comes out. There is real satisfaction in a yard that arrives waist-deep in growth and leaves with a line you could sight down. Fort Lauderdale offers that kind of before-and-after most of the year, and the western neighborhoods offer it generously. Come October the same lawns are simply held, week to week, at the shape they were brought back to.
