About Agility Property Maintenance

By early afternoon in the wet season the thunderheads stack up over the Everglades and slide east toward Flagler Village, and everyone working outside learns to read that sky. Agility Property Maintenance plans the route around it: the open lawns cut early, the shaded courtyards saved for after, the blower run before the first fat drops land. Mowing, edging, hedge and shrub trimming, palm frond cleanup and hauling the debris off — the ordinary round that keeps a property from disappearing into itself between visits. Fort Lauderdale rewards that rhythm, because a week of heat and water can turn a trim lawn shaggy while you are still coiling the hose. When the rain finally comes through, the yards are already done, and the sabal palms rattle over ground that has been put back in order.
