About Hernandez Landscape and Tree Service

The swing bridge at Fort Denaud still turns on the river's schedule, and mornings here open with that unhurried sound of water and metal. Hernandez Landscape and Tree Service works the yards along the bends of the Caloosahatchee, where pasture runs flat to the horizon and the early light comes in long and gold. Mowing, edging and trimming are the whole of the day's work, and the answer to it is a lawn with lines clean enough to read from the road. Clippings come off the drive, the walk gets a true edge, and nothing is left behind but cut grass and the smell of it. In country this open, a squared-up yard is a small deliberate signal that someone is home and paying attention.
