About CHINO'S LAWN SERVICE LLC

Before the sun clears the Lake Wales Ridge, fog lies flat over the low ground east of town and every yard in Dundee is silver with dew. That is the hour CHINO'S LAWN SERVICE LLC likes best — engines warm, blades sharp, the first cut of the day laid down while the air is still cool. Bahia takes hold in this sandy ridge soil on its own stubborn terms, so the cutting height gets set to suit it, week by week through the growing months. The work is mowing, edging, string-trimming and blowing the clippings back off the walk, carried until a lawn reads clean all the way from the mailbox. By mid-morning the fog has burned off and another Dundee street is squared away.
