Lawn Peak

About Lawn Peak

Around three in the afternoon the thunderheads stack white over Turkey Lake, and every crew in Doctor Phillips reads that sky and picks up the pace. Lawn Peak works ahead of the clock: mowing, edging, trimming and a final blow-down, finished before the first fat drops hit the driveway. The wet season pushes St. Augustine hard, so cutting weekly keeps the height sensible and the yard well clear of a scalped look. Once the rains ease, the pace slows, the cuts space out, and attention moves to clean lines and cleanup. Either half of the year, the measure holds: a lawn that looks on Friday exactly the way it looked the hour it was finished.
