Greener Grounds Lawn Service

About Greener Grounds Lawn Service

The Hillsboro Canal draws the northern line of town, and on a still morning the mist sits over it until the sun clears the treetops and burns it off the lawns on either bank. Greener Grounds Lawn Service starts its Deerfield Beach route in that hour, when the dew is heavy and the first cut of the day leaves a stripe you can read from the sidewalk. Mowing, edging, hedge trimming, and the cleanups that come with a growing season that runs straight through the calendar — it adds up to lawns that look cared for rather than caught up with. Between the canal and the beach the soil is sandy and quick to dry, so timing matters more than muscle. By the time the day gets hot, the truck is three streets on and the yards behind it are done.
